Apartment square meter in Split costs 8,500 euros

(Patria) - An advertisement for a one-bedroom apartment for sale in Split, in the Mejaši neighborhood, in the eastern part of the city, has been posted on the Njuškalo online classifieds for a price of as much as 306,000 euros.

The property is 36 square meters in size, located on the fifth and top floor of a new building with an elevator, and includes a garage parking space of 13.46 square meters.

The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a 5-square-meter balcony, security doors, and air conditioning.

"The apartment is newly furnished and is being sold as such. Ownership is in order," the advertisement states.

And judging by this, the square meter price of an apartment in Split has apparently climbed to 8,500 euros.
