Reliability 2023/24 Conference: Reliable Companies Shape the Future of the BiH Economy

(Patria) - In the beautiful atmosphere of the Holiday Hotel in Sarajevo, the Conference "Reliability 2023/24" was successfully held under the name "Trust in Reliability".

On that occasion, LRC BIS, as the organizer of this event, presented awards to successful companies that have shown excellent results in solvency, liquidity, and credit reliability.

At the very beginning, the attendees were greeted by the General Director of the LRC credit agency and a member of the Management Board of the LRC Group, Jadranka Kuljanin. In her speech, she emphasized that reliable companies are the foundation of the success and stability of the BiH economy, and congratulated all award recipients.

"The project has been running since 2016, and the goal of the project is to promote and highlight BiH entrepreneurs who, year after year, manage to maintain the flattering title of creditworthy companies through their work and dedication, and on this occasion, on behalf of the entire LRC team, I congratulate them on that. I think that besides acknowledging them tonight, we can hear and learn a lot from them. Of course, to recognize which companies they are, the credit agency LRC has been processing and collecting data for 23 years and, with its platform, facilitates insight into the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the region.

Based on our analyses of creditworthy companies, which are the focus of the Reliability project, we have a satisfactory increase of 2% in creditworthy companies, as well as a revenue increase of 19% compared to 2022 at the level of the entire BiH. Our task is to identify companies that have shown their ability to reliably cope with market challenges, by meeting high standards of quality and consistency in business.
When we talk about reliability, it applies to all aspects of our lives and to the people we cooperate with. Without reliable individuals and partners, we would not be able to achieve what we are today. Along with the growth and development of our company, I can proudly say that we have also developed in the direction of being a socially responsible company and that, in addition to creditworthy companies, we pay attention to reliable individuals from the fields of culture, sports, associations for the fight against cancer, and what is unfortunately a current topic, namely safe houses."- among other things, stated Jadranka Kuljanin, General Director of the LRC credit agency and member of the Management Board of the LRC Group, in her speech.

As part of her address, the director of LRC presented special awards to the founder of the group, Esad Hrenovica, as well as to the long-term, distinguished employee and recent co-owner of LRC, Kristijan Meršpah.
This was followed by the presentation of awards to municipalities, municipalities, and cities, "Crown of Economic Development", and this year's awards were received by the Municipality of Trebinje, the City of East Sarajevo, and the City of Srebrenik.

After the award ceremony, the attendees were also greeted by the project director and marketing director of the LRC Group, Fatima Nikšić. In her speech, she thanked the management of LRC for the trust shown, as well as all business partners for their support in the realization of the project, and congratulated all award recipients.

After that, awards were presented to the friends and partners of the project: M:TEL A:D: BANJA LUKA, Hotel Europe Group, Businessmen Association "Business Center" Jelah-Tešanj, Gala Group, PointStore, PROFI TEAM Agency, Darves d.o.o., Mak Zara, Klas d.d., AC FOOD, Bartenders Association ICE, while Azra Dedić received a special Certificate of Appreciation for her immense contribution to the realization of the Reliability project since 2018.

An integral part of the LRC Group is also the agency for professional management of disputed claims and financial consulting, LRC Inkasso. In this regard, Edita Mulić, head of LRC Inkasso, also addressed the attendees.

This year, the Reliability 2023/24 conference was marked by good communication and reliable connections that defy all obstacles. Behind this stands the reliable telecommunications partner of the project, m:tel - You Have a Friend, it was emphasized at the Conference.

Great support for the Reliability project also comes from the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, which has recognized the importance and potential of this project in promoting and validating the successful part of the BiH economy. In this regard, Ahmet Egrlić, Vice President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, addressed the attendees, highlighting the growth in the number of reliable companies as an excellent indicator for the BiH economy.

This year, we have over 9,000 companies that have achieved a turnover of around 44 billion KM and have recorded a profit of 4.8 billion KM.

After that, Egrlić presented the "Stars of Creditworthiness" awards to the companies: CARGO-partner, REPUBLIC d.o.o. Sarajevo Marketing Agency, NPL-PROJECT d.o.o., AMKO KOMERC D.O.O., E&M-BHPAL d.o.o., Energo Solar d.o.o., INOMA d.o.o., Zux-4 d.o.o. This was followed by a performance by motivational speaker, business mentor, and entrepreneur Darko Mirković, who was awarded a big applause for his presentation on the topic "Responsibility Precedes Reliability".

The legendary BiH singer Jasna Gospić also received the "Reliability" award, and addressed the attendees with a fitting speech, after which, together with the audience, she sang her big hit "Pet do pet" a cappella, for which she was awarded a big applause.

Konzum and Mercator received a special award for their kids loyalty program "Zvjerići", which delights children. It should be noted that Konzum and Mercator donated funds from each plush toy sold to the association "Heart for Children with Cancer".


Deserved awards for their work were also received by: Atlantic Grand d.o.o., Lactalis BH d.o.o., Inmeru d.o.o. Gradačac, Otoka-Bambus, PEPI-KARTTIS d.o.o.

Special guests at the Reliability conference included Tomislav Cvitanušić, who conquered Mount Everest this year, and the popular actor Enis Bešlagić, who received special awards for their work.

This was followed by another round of creditworthiness awards, and the prizes were received by: Lutrija Bosne i Hercegovine, Planitinum d.o.o, GOLDTIME d.o.o, AC Quattro-u d.o.o, Makbel- trade d.o.o, KEMEKO-BH d.o.o, HALCOM d.o.o, KOSMOPOLIT Travel Agency.

A special award for outstanding sports achievements was received by "our golden mermaid", Lana Pudar, who addressed the attendees with a video message and was awarded a big applause. After that, Sead Sefić, president of the Prostate Cancer Patients Association, was invited to the stage, who received a special award and emphasized the importance of preventive examinations in his short interview.

This was followed by another round of awards presented by the owner of the LRC company, Adnan Hrenovica, and the awards were received by: Baummit doo, CadCam solutions, ViaMetal Commerce, Igman d.d. Konjic, Printex d.o.o., Mikroelektronika A.D. VODOSKOK d.o.o.

A special award was received by the successful entrepreneur, humanitarian, and philanthropist Đemila Talić Gabriel, who spoke about the close connection between philanthropy and reliability. Another round of awards continued, and among the recipients were: Auto Simanić, Soz-Unitas, Alibeg d.o.o, Nird d.o.o, BauCommerce d.o.o, Telix klima centar Tuzla, Herceg d.o.o.

The ambassador of "Heart for Children", Amra Džeko, also addressed the attendees with a video message, and was awarded a special Recognition and Star of Reliability.

After that, Recognition and Stars of Reliability were received by: Silvermoon-a d.o.o, Ovnak d.o.o. Vitez, Pharma Maac, Best Solution, EuroDam-Jas d.o.o., Winery Podrumi Andrija, Hifa-Oil d.o.o. Tešanj.

A special award was also presented to Emina Bajtarević, who thrilled the region with her performances in Super Talents broadcast in Croatia, and who left our audience breathless with her performance.

This year has witnessed extraordinary achievements, strong connections, and deep reliability that will surely shape the future of the BiH economy. Congratulations to all the recipients, and we thank everyone who has marked this event with their dedication, effort, and reliability.
