'Concert' from the ocean depths: What whales and dolphins sound like

(Patria) - Only those who dive have the honor of hearing what underwater life sounds like, while the rest of us can only enjoy the recordings they capture.

A recording of dolphins and whales vocalizing was published on the National Geographic Facebook page.

"Welcome to a concert in the ocean depths," they wrote in the description of the video, which has been viewed 680,000 times.

Many commented enthusiastically that no sound compares to that which comes from nature. However, others also shared some personal experiences.

"When they were born, and they arrived two months early, our twins would relax to the songs of whales and the ocean. They helped them fall asleep.

Although they had a difficult arrival into this world, I am convinced that the ocean songs we played for them helped them find their place," wrote one woman.

"A captivating concert! The visuals are stunning, and the music so soothing. I love how you included different whale species in the performance. It's fun and educational," added another.
