SBiH Club Supports Sarajevo Budget: Trebević Lookout Finally Operational

(Patria) - At the session of the City Council of Sarajevo, where, among other things, the Draft Budget of the City of Sarajevo for 2026 was considered, the SBiH Club actively participated in the creation process of the budget for the next year, providing constructive proposals and suggestions with the aim of improving the quality of life for the citizens of Sarajevo.

"Given that this is the first year of the current mayor's term, as well as the first budget proposed during his term, the SBiH Club has decided to support this budget.

At the same time, we clearly emphasize that we will carefully monitor the realization of the budget and the implementation of the projects we proposed as a club, which relate to the construction of children's playgrounds, the procurement of furniture for children, support for cultural institutions, as well as assistance to primary schools in the City of Sarajevo.

We are particularly pleased with the fact that the budget of the City of Sarajevo includes funds for the completion of works and the operationalization of the Lookout facility on Trebević. We expect and hope that this project will be successfully realized during the next year, to the satisfaction of all citizens of Sarajevo, as well as numerous tourists who visit our city.

Our goal is for this significant facility to finally be fully operational, not to remain neglected and unused, but to become a content that will contribute to the development of tourism and the overall image of Sarajevo that its citizens deserve," emphasize SBiH.
