Slavija players ordered to attend Ceca's concert?

The storm after Ceca's concert in Lukavica near Sarajevo has not yet subsided, reports BH news agency Patria (NAP).

According to well-informed sources from this football club, FK Slavija players were ordered to attend Ceca's concert, specifically in the VIP box. However, such claims are strongly denied by the football club. They say they were in Gradačac on the day of the concert and arrived in Lukavica quite late.

Serbian folk singer Svetlana Ceca Ražnatović, wife of war criminal Željko Ražnatović Arkan, held a concert at the FK Slavija stadium in Lukavica last Saturday. However, although Serbian media announced a spectacular concert with an expected attendance of over 20,000 visitors, this did not happen.

According to unofficial estimates from people close to the organizers of the event, only about 10,000 people attended the concert, and the announced President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, did not attend either.

To salvage the situation somewhat, well-informed sources from FK Slavija claim that the club's players received invitations, which were also a kind of order, to обязательно attend Ceca's concert in the VIP boxes.

Zdravko Šavija, director of FK Slavija, denied such rumors. He told the Patria news agency that neither the players nor the management had any connection with Ceca's concert.

- On the day of Ceca's concert, we had a match in Gradačac. We arrived in Lukavica quite late. The players and the club management had nothing to do with this concert. None of us received any invitations - claims Šavija, writes NAP.
