Building the Future Together: Apply for the AS Academy for Interns

(Patria) - As previously announced, AS Holding has launched an innovative project, a perspective for young people "Stay with AS", where through the AS Academy, as a center of excellence, an internship program will be realized with experienced mentors who are experts in their fields.

Through the one-year internship program, preparations for which begin with a public call on September 1, the best interns will have the opportunity for employment in one of the 10 domestic companies that are part of AS Holding, such as: Klas, Vispak, Sprind, AS Jelah, Solana, AS Retail, Swity, AC Food, Zenica Dairy Industry, and Svjetlostkomerc.

During the month of September, the entire selection process will be completed, in which modern professional profiles of candidates will be developed and, accordingly, places for potential development through this mentorship program will be determined.

"This is our way of supporting young talents and providing them with a perspective for a successful career in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Applications are already open, and we look forward to meeting the new generations of interns who will be part of our AS perspective for young people. Applications for the "AS Academy for Young People" last during September, after which, through the selection process, interns will be chosen.
