As he himself wrote on the social network, Čović discussed with Plenković the "candidate status of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the establishment of government and stabilization of political dialogue, and the upcoming changes to the BiH Election Law".

By the way, as he states, he congratulated the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia "on the historic steps of Croatia's membership in Schengen and the Eurozone".

And fine, we will believe that he discussed the candidate status with Plenković, which is a fairy tale, from which BiH has no effective benefit, nor will it have. We will only have problems from Schengen for Croatia.

However, there is no doubt that Čović asked his principal for help to finalize the reform of the Election Law as he needs it and as his new partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina have promised him.

Stabilization of political dialogue is the last thing he needs before the long-planned electoral engineering, as a legal framework, is realized. In the words of Dragan Mektić, he was absent for days, and then he appeared and pushed through what he devised in public opinion.

However, this time he has two important factors on his side, and they could enable him to finally realize his electoral stunts. One is the international community, which has absolutely stood behind the political pretensions of UZP policies, and the other is the political story called the 'eight'.
