Democratic Front Initiated: Urgent and Concrete Aid for Flood-Affected Areas of Tuzla Canton, Accelerate Budget Rebalance to Secure Funds

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - At the initiative of the Democratic Front Club in the Assembly of Tuzla Canton, a working meeting was held, along with representatives of the assembly majority, the president of the assembly, the prime minister, and members of the government, regarding concrete aid for all flooded local self-government units in the Tuzla Canton area.

At the meeting, it was agreed to hold an urgent session of the Government of Tuzla Canton as well as an extraordinary session of the Assembly of Tuzla Canton in order to adopt the budget rebalance of Tuzla Canton as soon as possible, with the aim of providing aid to all endangered residents as well as repairing damages to infrastructure facilities and roads.

The caucus and government members from the Democratic Front of Tuzla Canton will, as before, provide full support to the residents of the endangered areas in removing the incurred damages through work in the field and through the institutions of the Tuzla Canton authorities.
