More than two million believers from all over the world have performed the fifth Islamic duty - Hajj, thereby earning the title of Haji, including numerous Bosnians and Herzegovinians, writes the BH news agency Patria.
Hajis spent yesterday on Arafat, and last night they performed rituals at Muzdalifah, where they prayed and collected pebbles with which they will symbolically stone the devil in Mina.
The roads between the Kaaba, Arafat, and Muzdalifah are flooded with pilgrims in white ihrams. Pilgrims began arriving in Mina from midnight, and then proceeded to the Kaaba, where they perform another of the basic pilgrimage rituals - tawaf.
After tawaf, believers shave and remove their ihrams, thus earning the title of Haji.
