Central Bank of BiH Determined to Protect Its Rights and Interests

(Patria) - The Central Bank of BiH is currently intensively working on analyzing the Hastahana case and preparing an adequate solution, with the aim of protecting its rights and interests, the CBBiH announced.

Given that the CBBiH has fully settled all its contractual obligations towards the Centar Municipality, and that for a longer period it has been prevented from using its ownership rights for the purposes for which the land was purchased, namely resolving the issue of adequate and suitable space for the work of the Main Unit Sarajevo, the preparation of a request to the Centar Municipality is in its final phase.

The request will be in the amount of several million, and the final details will be known after a complete analysis of the case and the necessary assessment by experts.

If the Centar Municipality does not comply with the CBBiH's request, the CBBiH will exercise its rights through the competent court.
