BAJRAM GREETING AT REIS-UL-ULEMA KAVAZOVIĆ'S OFFICE Adults get coffee and baklava, children get Eid money

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After the central ceremony at Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque in Sarajevo, on the occasion of one of the biggest Muslim holidays, Ramadan Bayram, a traditional greeting was organized at the premises of the Islamic Community's Riasat (Headquarters) with Reis-ul-ulema Husein ef. Kavazović.

The Reis, while conversing with friends and acquaintances, treated guests to coffee, juice, and the unavoidable Bayram delicacy, baklava.

Among those who came to offer greetings were a large number of children. Reis Kavazović gifted them Eid money.

According to the Takvim of the Riasat of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, today is the first day of Ramadan Bayram, which lasts for three days.
