AS Holding proud partner of the third generation of the 'Leader Roots' program

(Patria) - The "Leader Roots" program, a unique platform for developing young leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has gathered the third generation of promising professionals from various sectors.

Over nine months, participants underwent an intensive process of personal and professional development, and AS Holding proudly supported this initiative as a company that believes in leadership that grows from within, writes Biznisinfo.

The closing ceremony, held at the Sarajevo City Hall, was more than a celebration – it was a reminder that change is brought not by slogans, but by people.

The young professionals who went through the program learned how to lead responsibly, authentically, and with character – because leadership doesn't start with a position, but with behavior.

During 11 thematic and inspiring sessions, 50 participants from leading companies had the opportunity to develop key skills: strategic thinking, integrity, authentic communication, trust-building, and relationships that make a difference.

Zlata Valjevac, Director of Legal Affairs at AS Holding and Corporate Secretary, expressed her satisfaction with the participation in this program.

The "Leader Roots" program was designed by AmCham BiH for ambitious mid-managers and rising young professionals who recognize the importance of personal development, responsible management, and strategic thinking in modern business.

The program brings together candidates from various industries with the aim of enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of the leadership role, as well as providing a practical insight into how successful companies in BiH create organizational culture, improve teams, and build long-term market relevance.

Based on international methodologies and best practices, "Leader Roots" offers a learning model that includes lectures, Harvard Business case studies, field visits, and discussions with leaders, all with the goal of creating authentic leaders who change the business reality around them.
