Operation 'Studenac': Searches at 13 locations across BiH

(Patria) - Since the early morning hours, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency-SIPA, along with authorized officers of the Indirect Taxation Authority (UIO) of BiH, are carrying out search and arrest operations of suspects at a total of 13 locations in both BiH entities.

The activities relate to an investigation into organized crime, connected with the unauthorized trade of excise goods, illegal storage of goods, and other related criminal offenses.

During the investigation, evidence was collected that the suspects were engaged in the unauthorized trade and placement of large quantities of cigarettes, tobacco, and other excise goods on the illegal market.
