Operation 'DM' New searches at 13 locations across BiH

(Patria) - Under the supervision of a prosecutor from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, police officers of the Federal Police Administration (FUP), with the assistance of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RS, within the operational action codenamed “DM“, are carrying out official activities in the area of Sarajevo Canton, Una-Sana Canton, and Republika Srpska at a total of 13 locations on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The activities are being carried out under the supervision of a prosecutor from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and based on orders from the BiH Court. In cooperation with EUROPOL, law enforcement agencies in several European countries (Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU member states) are carrying out searches of property and persons - suspected members of an international organized crime group that has been operating in Western Europe for a long time, due to reasonable suspicion that they have committed the criminal offenses of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of BiH in connection with the criminal offenses of Unauthorized Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of BiH and Unauthorized Trafficking of Weapons and Military Equipment and Dual-Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
